Universal Property Brokers was started in 2010 by Erik Lutz who wanted to serve both commercial and residential clientele across several counties. Universal Property Brokers proudly serves the Los Angeles, Orange, Kern and Riverside counties. Our commitment to you is to provide exceptional guidance and negotiation throughout the real estate transaction process.

Erik started his real estate career in 1999. Several years later in 2007, he opened REO Property Brokers which proudly serves disposition clients such as Fannie Mae and Premiere Asset Services. REO Property Brokers is headquartered in the Los Angeles area.
